Each U.S. service branch offers educational funding programs for active duty, National Guard, and Reserve Component servicemembers.

Department of Defense Tuition Assistance

The Department of Defense (DoD) Tuition Assistance (TA) program provides financial assistance to service members for voluntary off-duty education programs in support of professional and personal self-development goals.

Commissioning Programs

The U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, and U.S. Navy offer scholarship commissioning programs as a pathway for enlisted airman, soldiers, and sailors to become officers.
